Scope of work
     Flush & clean evaporator coil.
     Flush & clean drain pan & drain pipe.
     Clean & check air-filter.
 Clean & check condenser coil.
 Clean blower wheel and blade.
 Lubricate rotatable parts (if necessary).
 Check compressor suction and discharge pressure.
 Check and test system.
     Top up of refrigerant (R-22) gas.


 Performing periodic examinations with respect to all functioning components of your air-conditioner(s), in connection therewith, making necessary or indicated adjustments to operating parts.
